Join Megan Burnett (@the_yogamermaid) in The Art Hall, a beautiful gallery in The Rise in the Uptown 23rd district of Oklahoma City, for an hour of all-levels yoga (beginners very welcome)! Afterwards, we'll flow next door into Urban Teahouse for some delicious tea and social time.
