I often find myself appreciating what is left behind after an object or person has endured many years of exposure to the elements and occurences of our existence. Materials become scratched, faded and eroded while living creatures earn individual characteristics that reveal a stories of survival. What is left behind is a beautiful reminder of our experiences.
